Personalization techniques

At Seribell we carry out textile screen printing processes using different personalized printing methods that guarantee a long-lasting and effective result. Printing on fabric can be done with:

direct digital printing where the images are printed in four colors directly on the fabric with a special high resolution printer that uses specific inks;
flex printing also known as “thermoadhesive vinyl” is a technique that involves cutting out the chosen logo on a colored film which, at a later stage , is applied to the garment to be personalized using a hot press;
DTF or digital transfer carries out direct color printing on a film with a thickness of approximately 75 µm which is then transferred onto any type of fabric for very thin and light prints;
embroidery technique which remains one of the most resistant and long-lasting methods for customizing some garments such as polo shirts, sweatshirts and hats

Machinery used for printing on fabric

To carry out the various processes on fabrics it is important to have a fleet of machines that best perform the most specific customizations so as to satisfy every request. We print on fabric with machinery such as:

6-station automatic carousel for screen printing
manual carousel for screen printing
Brother direct digital printer GTX model
double plate hot press for flex and transfer application
digital printer “GTX600” model

Graphic design and customization

The identity of each brand is best expressed through the logo and, thanks to our machinery, we have the best technologies to construct and reconstruct the various company logos, brands and logotypes on a graphic level so as to proceed with printing on fabric such as backpacks, jackets, sweatshirts,…
